Indulgent scalloped potatoes recipe, creamy and rich with Yukon Gold potatoes, Cheddar cheese, and ham. Perfect for potlucks or holiday feasts.
Ingredients:
  • 5 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 quart heavy cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine potatoes, onion, garlic, Cheddar cheese, and ham in a 9x13-inch baking dish, stirring gently to mix. Drizzle cream over the top.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 1 hour.
