Effortless cherry brandy no-bake cheesecake with whipped topping. Top with chocolate syrup and fruit slices for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 fluid ounces cherry brandy
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly and firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine the whipped topping powder with water in a large bowl until thick. Add cream cheese cubes one by one while beating, then pour in the cherry brandy and beat on high for 5 more minutes.
  • Fill the graham cracker crust with the delicious filling and gently even out the top. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.
