Bake creamy Cheddar cheese mixture with cracked eggs for a delicious breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 10 large eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle half of the sharp Cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Combine heavy cream, dry mustard, salt, and paprika in a bowl, then drizzle half of the mixture over the cheese in the pan.
  • Gently crack eggs over the top, being careful not to break the yolks. Pour the rest of the cream mixture over the eggs and finish by sprinkling the remaining sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake until the eggs are perfectly cooked, around 20 minutes. Serve straight away for the best experience.
