Easy chicken and salad souvlaki recipe

Whip up a quick and delicious chicken souvlaki salad for a stress-free weeknight dinner in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 300g pkts Made Easy Chicken Strips in Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 4 large pieces pita bread
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 140g yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Coat a large frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over high heat. Cook the chicken, turning occasionally, for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Microwave the pita breads on high for 30 seconds or until they are heated through.
  • Place the pita breads on serving plates and layer with spinach, tomato, and chicken. Drizzle with yogurt and pan juices. Roll up the pita to seal the filling and serve promptly.
