Creamy chicken and rice dish. Comforting simplicity.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix milk, rice, soup, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken pieces.
  • Seal the dish snugly with foil and bake in the heated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the rice is cooked, gently stirring every half hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes for a golden rice finish.
