Prosciutto and Provolone stuffed chicken breasts braised in white wine - a delicious and easy dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 1 cup white wine
Instructions:
  • Lay 1 slice of ham on top of each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté chicken for 5 to 7 minutes, or until nearly cooked through (juices should run clear).
  • Drizzle wine over chicken and let it simmer off; top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese, cover, and cook until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes.
