Indulge in a moist and delicious chocolate chip cookie cake, perfect for a quick and satisfying after-school treat paired with a glass of cold milk.
Ingredients:
  • 12 large chocolate chip cookies
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch cake pan or baking dish.
  • Crush chocolate chip cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Blend in sugar, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix in butter, eggs, and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  • While the food processor is running, slowly pour the milk into the cookie mixture until the batter is well combined. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for 10 to 15 minutes.
