Slow-Cooker Chocolate Chip-Brownie Cake

Create easy slow-cooker treats by combining cookie mix and brownie mix for a decadent dessert with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Vanilla ice cream, as desired
Instructions:
  • Coat a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with baking spray that includes flour.
  • Combine the brownie mix with 1/4 cup of melted butter and 2 eggs in a large bowl.
  • Combine chocolate chip cookie mix with the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter and 2 eggs in a separate large bowl.
  • Spoon dollops of the brownie and chocolate chip cookie batters alternately into the slow cooker.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on High heat setting for 2 to 3 hours until the cake is set in center. Serve by spooning out the cake from the slow cooker and topping it with scoops of ice cream.
