Slow Cooker Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Indulgent peanut clusters made with a trio of creamy chocolates, slow-cooked with roasted peanuts for a decadent homemade treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 28 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (4 ounce) bar German sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
Instructions:
  • Mix together white chocolate, peanuts, chocolate chips, and German chocolate in a slow cooker.
  • High heat for 1 hour without stirring. Then switch to Low heat, stir and cook for an additional hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Spoon dollops of chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper. Allow to cool and harden for 30 to 45 minutes.
