Decadent cheesecake filling on a chocolate chip cookie crust, topped with cookie dough chunks, creating a simple and delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 (18 ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Press 1 roll of cookie dough into the base of a 9x13-inch baking pan. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Pinch small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and scatter over the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until the cream cheese mixture is set and the cookies on top are golden brown. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
