Indulge in the ultimate dessert mashup with these easy cookie dough croissants. Simply fill store-bought croissants with cookie dough and bake for a crispy outside and gooey chocolate chip center. A taste of Paris in every bite, no plane ticket required! Best enjoyed warm on the same day.
Ingredients:
  • 4 store-bought croissants
  • 450g packet Aunty Kath’s Choc Chip Cookie Dough, cut crossways into 12 slices
  • Icing sugar, to dust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan forced) and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Cut each croissant in half horizontally using a large serrated knife, making sure not to cut all the way through. Place 2 cookie dough slices in the center of each croissant. Fold the top of the croissant over the cookie dough to close it. Cut a remaining slice of cookie dough in half and press the halves on top of each croissant. Repeat with the rest of the croissants and cookie dough.
  • Place the croissants on the lined tray and bake them for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Finish by dusting them with icing sugar before serving warm. Be sure to watch our detailed video for making these delightful Cookie dough croissants.
