Quick and easy bar cookies using refrigerated cookie dough with sweet and salty toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Break apart cookie dough in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Use floured fingers to evenly press the dough into the bottom of the pan to create a crust.
  • Ensure all remaining ingredients are generously sprinkled over the dough, then gently press them down to incorporate into the mixture.
  • Bake until golden brown, for 16 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack for about 30 minutes. Cut into bars by slicing into 6 rows by 4 rows.
