- 375.00 ml Marshmallows, halved
- 250.00 ml peanuts, chopped
- 187.50 ml red glacé cherries, halved
- 200g Dark Baking Chocolate, chopped
- 200g Milk Baking Chocolate, chopped
- 150g shortbread finger biscuits, broken
- Mix together a decadent blend of marshmallows, peanuts, and cherries, and let the flavors meld together as you move on to the next step.
- Gently melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a glass bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water.
- Combine the biscuits, remaining marshmallows, peanuts, and cherries with the melted chocolate. Transfer the mixture to a lined 18cm × 30cm slice pan. Press the reserved marshmallow mix gently on top. Chill until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
