Indulgent chocolate chip cookie dough truffles: Egg-free dough dipped in chocolate, sprinkled with toffee. Decadent treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup toffee baking bits
  • 1 pound chocolate confectioners' coating
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, blend together butter and brown sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Mix in vanilla extract. Alternate adding flour and sweetened condensed milk, beating well. Gently fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly combined.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to form 1-inch balls, then place them on baking sheets lined with waxed paper. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, which should take about 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, for 1 to 3 minutes (adjust based on microwave power). Avoid overheating to prevent scorching. Dip dough balls in chocolate, let excess drip off. Place on waxed paper, sprinkle with toffee pieces. Chill until firm, about 15 minutes. Store in the fridge.
