Decadent chocolate bread pudding made with just 5 simple ingredients, a cozy fall treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 cups cubed cinnamon swirl bread
  • 1 cup chocolate-covered raisins (such as Raisinets®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Mix in milk until well combined. Add bread cubes and chocolate-covered raisins, stirring to moisten. Transfer mixture to a prepared baking pan, allowing it to sit for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Bake until firm, about 55-60 minutes in the preheated oven.
