"Get festive with these simple Christmas cookies, perfect for a helping hand."
Ingredients:
  • 20 candy eyes
  • 20 mini star-shaped pretzels
  • 10 red M&M’s
  • 10 Tim Tam biscuits (see note)
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 90g dark chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 3 rainbow sour straps, cut lengthways into thin strips
  • 10 Venetian biscuits
  • M&M’s and M&M’s minis, to decorate
  • 90g white chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 10 milk chocolate digestive biscuits (see note)
  • 20 mini red M&M’s
  • 2 watermelon cloud lollies, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Arrange pretzels, M&M’s, and candy eyes on Tim Tam biscuits according to the picture guide. Drizzle melted chocolate over the toppings. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  • For Bauble Biscuits: Transfer melted chocolate into a small snap-lock bag. Cut off a corner. Fold sour strap pieces into small bows, use chocolate to secure. Pipe chocolate onto biscuits. Decorate biscuits with bows, M&M’s, and mini M&M’s. Chill until set.
  • Construct Pudding Biscuits: Drizzle melted chocolate into a small sealable bag. Cut off a small piece from one corner. Squeeze the chocolate over each biscuit in a pattern resembling custard. Adorn with mini M&M’s and cloud-shaped lollipops. Chill until firm.
  • Pack the biscuits into boxes or cellophane bags and tie with a beautiful ribbon for gifting.
