Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a 2-quart baking dish, gently melt the butter.
  • Combine flour and sugar, then mix in beaten eggs until smooth using an electric mixer. Gently fold in creamed corn and whole corn. Pour mixture over melted butter in the baking dish without stirring.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is golden brown, around 1 hour.
