Elevate your dinner with this speedy and delicious corn side dish for the perfect pairing with any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 500g frozen corn kernels
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 300ml Cooking Cream
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 62.50 ml grated parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese
  • 1.25 gm smoked paprika
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a large frying pan over high heat. Add frozen corn and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until charred and tender. Stir occasionally. 2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat to medium and gently pour in the cream. Stir and cook for 1 minute until the cream is warmed. Take the pan off the heat and generously season with salt and pepper. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  • Transfer the dish to a beautiful serving bowl and generously sprinkle with flavorful grated parmesan and a hint of smoky paprika before presenting it to your eager guests.
