Indulge in a savory LCHF crustless quiche with bacon, sausage, eggs, and cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the bacon and sausage until crispy, about 10 minutes; drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Prepare the baking dish by generously coating it with butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on the bottom, followed by layers of bacon and sausage. Top with a generous amount of Cheddar cheese.
  • In a bowl, whip together cream, eggs, and half-and-half until smooth. Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sausage in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
