  • 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • 0.25 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté sausage until crumbly and slightly pink, about 5 minutes. Add potato and onion; cook until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
