Easy egg, feta and black bean tostadas recipe

Spice up your morning with a gluten-free Mexican breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Whole Grain Thins Sorghums
  • 4 eggs, fried
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 200g (1 cup) canned black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 12 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 60g feta, crumbled
  • 1 small fresh green jalapeño chilli, sliced
  • 40.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • Sriracha chilli sauce, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Place a fried egg on top of each grain thin, then distribute the avocado, black beans, tomato, feta, chili, and 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves evenly among them.
  • If using, generously drizzle the sriracha sauce, adding a touch of heat. Serve promptly to savor the flavors at their peak.
