Velvety custard pie made with a blend of evaporated milk and whole milk. Enjoy warm or chilled.
Ingredients:
  • 1 prepared 8 inch pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.66670000553131 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs for about 2 minutes until frothy. Slowly incorporate sugar, milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, and vanilla until fully blended. Pour the mixture into the pastry shell.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving warm or chilled.
