Easy and flavorful crispy fish pockets perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 425g pkt Frozen Original Crumbed White Fish
  • 200g tartare sauce
  • 350g pkt Superfood Vegetable Mix
  • 4 Plain Flat Buns
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, thickly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then lay the fish on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is beautifully golden brown and thoroughly heated. Slice the fish in half.
  • In a large bowl, mix together half of the tartare sauce with the vegetable mix until well combined.
  • Spread a layer of the vegetable mixture on the bun bases, top with slices of tomato and fish. Finish with a generous drizzle of the remaining tartare sauce. Season to taste.
