Ingredients:
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 9.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g Kitchen Pizza Dough Ball (reserve remaining dough for another use)
  • 40.00 ml pizza sauce
  • 40.00 ml pizza cheese
  • 1 twiggy stick, thickly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
  • Mix minced garlic and olive oil in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  • Flatten dough on floured surface into a 25cm square, then cut four slightly larger squares to fit your jaffle maker.
  • Spread half of the garlic mixture on the jaffle maker, then add two portions of the dough. Next, layer on pizza sauce, cheese, twiggy sticks, and oregano. Place the remaining portions of dough on top and brush with the rest of the garlic mixture.
  • Simply close the jaffle maker and cook until the dough is golden and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
