Jaffle machine pizza pies - a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2 sheets ready-rolled frozen reduced-fat puff pastry, partially thawed
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 50g shaved ham, chopped
  • 1/2 x 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • 40.00 ml grated reduced-fat pizza cheese
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spritz the jaffle maker with oil and then preheat it.
  • Place one sheet of pastry on a work surface. Spread one half with pizza paste, leaving a 2cm border around the edges. Add half of the ham, pineapple, and cheese on top. Fold the pastry over and press the edges to seal.
  • Bake pies until golden and puffed, about 5 to 6 minutes. Then assemble remaining ingredients and cut into triangles. Serve with crisp salad leaves.
