Make delicious homemade pizza pies with cheesy filling in no time - a true taste of love!
Ingredients:
  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour
  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
  • 4.60 gm olive oil
  • 12 small red grape tomatoes, halved
  • 100g sliced ham, coarsely chopped (see notes)
  • 80g button mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 80g (1 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • 3 spring onions (shallots), finely chopped
  • 70g (1/4 cup) pizza sauce
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200C. Grease four 250ml (1-cup) muffin pans. 2. In a large bowl, create a well in the flour and add the yeast. 3. Mix water and oil in a jug, then pour it into the well in the flour mixture. 4. Stir until the dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Place it in a clean bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow it to proof in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until slightly risen.
  • Combine the tomato, ham, mushroom, cheddar, and spring onion in a bowl.
  • Flatten the dough and knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll each into an 18cm disc. Spread pizza sauce on each disc, leaving a 2cm border.
  • Spread a generous amount of two-thirds of the tomato mixture on the dough circles. Gently fold the edges to partially cover the filling. Place on the prepared baking pans. Spread the rest of the tomato mixture on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until beautifully golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
