Speed up pizza making with mini supremes - perfect for feeding a group or hungry kids.
Ingredients:
  • 4 x 15cm mini pizza bases
  • 69.38 gm tomato paste
  • 70g light shaved ham, chopped
  • 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
  • 1/2 small red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 small green capsicum, chopped
  • 80g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 187.50 ml grated reduced-fat pizza cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced, and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange pizza bases on the trays, then generously spread them with tomato paste. Layer on the ham, pineapple, capsicum, and mushrooms, and finish by sprinkling with a generous amount of cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, rotating trays halfway through, until cheese is melted and bases are crispy. Serve hot.
