Elevate your jaffle with a delectable twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2.30 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g lean beef mince
  • 46.80 gm MasterFoodsⓇ New York Flame Grill Style Mustard
  • 4 slices white toast bread
  • 40.00 gm softened butter
  • 125.00 ml 4 cheese melt
  • 4 pickled cucumbers sandwich stackers
  • Garden salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a hot frying pan, add oil and cook the mince for 4 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Stir in 1 teaspoon mustard, season with salt and pepper, and then remove from heat.
  • 1. Preheat a jaffle maker. 2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. 3. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down in the jaffle maker. 4. Add half of the mince mixture on top of each slice of bread. 5. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of each slice. 6. Drizzle mustard on top of the cheese. 7. Add pickles on top of the mustard. 8. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up. 9. Close the jaffle maker and cook for 4 minutes or until golden.
  • Halve each jaffle and plate with a side of salad.
