Elevate your burger game with this one-of-a-kind cheeseburger recipe that will surely impress!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 inch) Mission® Fajita Flour Tortillas
  • 1 pound lean ground sirloin
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 red tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce, small leaves
  • 1 large red onion, 1/4-inch slices pulled into rings
  • 12 dill pickle slices
Instructions:
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal 4-ounce parts. Shape each portion into 4 thin half-moon patties, aiming to fill half of a tortilla with each patty.
  • Preheat a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for optimal cooking.
  • Season your hamburger patties generously with salt and pepper, then cook each side for 3 minutes or to your preferred level of doneness.
  • Sprinkle each patty with a generous amount of 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese and let it melt beautifully. Remove the cheeseburgers and keep them warm.
  • Microwave tortillas for 10 seconds to make them warm.
  • Place a hot cheeseburger on one half of a warmed tortilla, top with tomato, lettuce, onion rings, and pickle slices. Fold the tortilla in half and serve.
  • Continue assembling the dish for the remaining 3 servings.
