Indulgent cheesy toastie loaded with cheat's cheese sauce and pulled pork - the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 100g butter, at room temperature
  • 250g pulled pork, warmed
  • 1/2 quantity Cheat’s microwave cheese sauce (see notes for recipe)
  • 100g cheese, coarsley grated
Instructions:
  • Heat up the jaffle maker. Generously butter the bread slices. Place 4 slices, butter side down, into the jaffle maker.
  • Place an equal portion of pork on each slice of bread, drizzle each with 2-3 tablespoons of sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing up. Cook in the jaffle maker for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Place the jaffles on a plate or serving board to cool slightly, then cut them in half before serving.
