Kids will love making this delicious flatbread recipe - a fun and tasty activity for the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 350 g self-raising flour plus extra for dusting
  • 350 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a bunch of fresh soft herbs, such as flat-leaf parsley, tarragon, basil, dill
  • 40 g unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Combine all the flatbread ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir with a spoon, then gently bring together with your hands. Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface, knead briefly until combined, then place in a floured bowl and cover. Prepare the garlic butter by crushing garlic and chopping herbs, then melting butter and mixing everything together in a pan. Divide the dough, shape into golf ball-sized pieces, and roll out into 12cm rounds. Cut lines in the center, then cook on a hot griddle pan for 1 to 2 minutes each side. Brush with garlic herb butter and serve on a board for everyone to enjoy.
