Sautéed kale with fragrant garlic - a irresistible side dish for everyone, even the pickiest eaters.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your delicious ingredients.
  • Place the kale leaves in a large bowl of water and watch as any dirt and sand sink to the bottom, approximately 2 minutes. Gently lift the kale from the water, leaving the leaves damp, and proceed to carefully remove and discard the stems. Chop the kale into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add kale to the skillet and cover.
  • Stir kale occasionally with tongs until bright green and slightly tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Savor every bite!
