Quick and effortless dinner prep with ready-to-use frozen wedges and slaw kit makes this meal a breeze!
Ingredients:
  • 750g packet frozen potato wedges
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 4 (about 200g each) pork loin chops
  • 350g packet kaleslaw kit
  • 20g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • 20.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 230C/210C fan forced and cook the wedges according to the package instructions. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil and cook the pork for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer the pork to a plate.
  • Prepare a delicious and vibrant kaleslaw by simply following the instructions on the packet and seasoning to your liking.
  • Place the pan back on medium heat. Combine butter and garlic in the pan. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in honey, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Reintroduce the pork to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, turning occasionally until heated. Mix in parsley. Plate the pork, wedges, and slaw. Drizzle with the honey garlic sauce. Season to taste and serve.
