Coconut, pecan, and chocolate chunk cookies - a decadent crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and prepare your baking sheets with either silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, whisk until well mixed.
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer to combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, mixing well. Fold in chocolate chunks, coconut, and pecans gently. Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until set. Allow them to cool completely.
