Savor the flavors of tender noodles in a savory tomato and beef sauce, topped with melted cheese. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal, and even better the next day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and return macaroni to the pot.
  • In a hot skillet, brown the beef until crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine tomato soup and tomato sauce with the beef, mix in the pot with macaroni, then transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top before baking.
  • Bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden, about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven.
