Savory taco-spiced tomato sauce coats tender ground beef and macaroni for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen corn
  • 0.5 cup medium salsa
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef, onion, bell pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in tomatoes, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer while making macaroni.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water. 2. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente, about 8 minutes. 3. Drain and add to the beef mixture.
