Deliciously tangy marinade of lemon juice, ginger, and soy sauce for grilled chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Begin by washing the chicken breasts and then gently drying them with paper towels. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl, then transfer the mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken breasts to the bag, seal it, and massage the ingredients to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate the bag to marinate for at least 20 minutes, or for a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate and position it about 4 inches away from the heat source.
  • Remove and dispose of the marinade from the bag, then transfer the chicken to the preheated grill. Grill until the chicken is cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes per side, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
