Delicious grilled shrimp, perfect for a quick, flavorful dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, sugar, cayenne, and salt in a small bowl until the marinade is fully combined.
  • Skewer shrimp on metal skewers, pat dry, brush with marinade, and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Get ready to fire up the outdoor grill to a perfect medium-high heat and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Grill shrimp over high heat until edges start to turn white, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and grill until shrimp is fully white and opaque, 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot.
