Grilled teriyaki chicken with a simple marinade, cooked perfectly for a delicious summer dish loved by all.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, coat well with marinade, remove excess air, and seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight, flipping occasionally.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Take out the chicken from the marinade and gently shake off any extra marinade. Dispose of the leftover marinade.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
