Slow cooker ground turkey stew with tomato soup, veggies, and Worcestershire for an easy and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 6 medium carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and crumbly for about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and discard any excess grease.
  • Place the turkey into the welcoming slow cooker, then generously introduce the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the mix.
  • Combine tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper in a large bowl, then fold the mixture into the slow cooker until fully incorporated.
  • Cook covered on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
