Irresistible Italian chicken made with zesty dressing and juicy boneless breasts. Just 2 ingredients for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Use a fork to pierce the chicken breasts. Place the salad dressing in a large resealable plastic bag, add the chicken breasts, seal the bag, and shake well to coat the chicken. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Transfer the marinated chicken to a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish, discarding any excess marinade.
  • Roast chicken in the preheated oven, basting occasionally, until fully cooked and juices run clear, approximately 1 hour. Verify doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) with an instant-read thermometer.
