Easy Italian Wedding Soup

Whip up a hearty Italian soup in just 25 minutes with meatballs, pasta, and spinach simmered in Progresso® chicken broth.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked medium shell pasta (4 oz)
  • 16 frozen cooked meatballs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the broth and water to a boil. Add the pasta and meatballs and bring back to a boil. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes until the pasta is nearly done. Don't drain the mixture.
  • Stir in fresh spinach and rich pizza sauce, cooking for 1 to 2 more minutes until piping hot. For extra flavor, top each serving with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
