Indulge in a rich and velvety keto Alfredo sauce made in 15 minutes with heavy cream, butter, garlic, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground white pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • In a medium saucepan, gently melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, for about 2 minutes.
  • Combine heavy cream and cream cheese into the mixture, and slowly incorporate Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly until fully melted and well combined, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Mix in salt, nutmeg, and white pepper until well combined. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
