Whip up a delicious keto taco salad bowl with beef, avocado, lettuce, and salsa in under 30 minutes for a low-carb dinner for two.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomato halves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
Instructions:
  • In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and sauté until golden brown and crumbly, approximately 7 minutes. Mix in taco seasoning and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Split lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and green onions evenly between 2 bowls; layer ground beef over the top. Garnish taco bowls with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
