Tasty keto Korean beef with cauliflower rice; a quick, family-friendly favorite for weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle the sesame oil. Add ground beef and garlic, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and crumbly, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, coconut sugar, ginger, and pepper until fully combined. Pour over ground beef and simmer until sauce thickens, approximately 3 minutes.
  • Finish by topping with a generous amount of green onions and sesame seeds before serving over a bed of fluffy cauliflower rice.
