Indulge in delicious keto beef tacos with cheese shells and fresh toppings for a low-carb taco night.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 package taco seasoning mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes, diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • Create four savory 6-inch Cheddar cheese circles, ensuring they are evenly spaced 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and lightly golden, about 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow tacos to cool for a few minutes, then carefully lift them with a spatula. Balance them over a wooden spoon handle wrapped in aluminum foil and supported by 2 cups or cans. Let the taco shells cool completely for about 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, sizzle beef over medium-high heat until golden and crumbled, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; sizzle for 1 more minute.
  • Spoon beef mixture into cheese taco shells. Garnish with avocado, lettuce, Cheddar cheese, and tomatoes.
