Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine the beef, pork rinds, Parmesan, tomato sauce, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until beautifully browned and cooked through, approximately 1 hour. Check with an instant-read thermometer for a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
