Make keto-friendly barbecue chicken with boneless, skinless chicken thighs for a quick & easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.75 cup barbecue sauce, divided
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken thighs on the preheated grill, brushing each with 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Cook for 3 minutes without moving, adjusting if flare-ups happen.
  • Brush chicken pieces with another 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce on each side. Grill, turning three more times, until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) in the center, about 6 minutes per side. Serve with extra sauce.
