Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 0.33333298563957 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and cover baking sheets with foil.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until fully incorporated. Spoon rounded teaspoons of the batter onto baking sheets and bake for a maximum of 8 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Once cookies are done, simply peel off the foil-lined baking sheet without the need for cleaning.
  • For a delightful Lemon Icing: Combine confectioners' sugar, lemon extract, and milk to your preferred consistency. Drizzle generously over warm or cooled cookies to your heart's content!
