Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice
  • 0.25 cup clam juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the linguine in a pot of generously salted boiling water until perfectly al dente.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Stir in chopped clams, clam juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
